Where this began
A name, a newsletter, and a willingness to begin.
Workplace Digest began as an idea I believe God placed in my heart. At first it was only a name, and that name found its first home in a newsletter.
I wanted somewhere to write honestly about what I was living through: the pressures of work, the places where work and life meet, and the lessons I was learning along the way. I hoped something I wrote might help another professional walking through the same thing.
I didn’t begin with a grand plan. I had my years in recruiting and HR, my own experiences, and a willingness to start. Through God’s grace, and with the help of the Holy Spirit, that small beginning has opened into more than I expected.
A season of anxiety and professional pressure became Mental Strength for the Modern Professional. The ache of rejection after rejection while applying for new roles became Echoes of Love. And lessons about layoffs, identity, and stewarding opportunity helped shape The Future-Proof Professional.
Every book, resource, and program has been a seed. I continue to sow faithfully, to steward each opportunity with care, and to multiply what has been entrusted to me, trusting God to bless what is planted and grateful for all He has already helped me build.
Along the way, I’ve seen how much useful work can grow from professional knowledge and lived experience. That is why I created The Career Architect: to work alongside you as you explore what your own experience could become.

Stewardship
What has been entrusted to you.
In the parable of the talents (Matthew 25:14–30), a master entrusts his wealth to his servants, and the faithful ones put what they were given to work.
The talents in the story were money, not skills. But its principles of faithful stewardship and multiplication speak to how we care for the knowledge, experience, and opportunities in our hands. Not as pressure to always produce, and not as a measure of anyone’s faith, but as thoughtful, unhurried stewardship of what you have already been given.
Your experience
You know your field. There may be more in it than you see.
The Career Architect is for professionals with established experience in their field, work you have practiced for years. You might be a physician, a cybersecurity professional, a baker, an educator, or in another field entirely.
You understand your work well, yet you may see only a narrow set of ways to use what you know beyond your current role. You don’t need to arrive with a business idea.
Through conversation and collaboration, we look at your professional journey and explore together what that experience could become. Then we work on those ideas side by side.
The program
Three months, side by side.
The Career Architect is a Christian signature program delivered through one-on-one support. Over three months, we explore several potential avenues for applying your professional expertise and develop those ideas into new opportunities, guided by the Workplace Digest blueprint.
