RESTORING HUMANITY AT WORK

RESTORING HUMANITY AT WORKRESTORING HUMANITY AT WORK

Trauma-Informed Leadership Training

We help organizations build psychologically safe, resilient workplaces by equipping leaders to recognize, prevent, and respond to human capacity erosion in the workplace.  Grounded in the Human Capacity Erosion Model™, this training helps leaders understand how workplace stress evolves and how to lead effectively at each stage before it becomes harmful.

This training goes beyond the framework and equips leaders to apply it in real-time leadership situations, team dynamics, and organizational decision-making.  As a result, leaders are better equipped to reduce burnout risk, improve team clarity, and create environments where employees can perform without long-term strain.

What Leaders Will Be Equipped to Do

  • Identify where individuals and teams are operating across different levels of capacity
  • Respond appropriately at each stage without causing further strain or harm
  • Adjust workload, communication, and expectations to reduce erosion
  • Navigate performance, conflict, and burnout through a trauma-informed lens
  • Build environments that support recovery, safety, and sustainable performance
