But my understanding of resilience, leadership, and the human side of work has also been shaped by experiences no professional title could have prepared me for.

I’ve navigated seasons of burnout, anxiety, personal transitions, career uncertainty, and rejection while continuing to show up for the responsibilities in front of me. Those experiences deepened my compassion for the people behind the job titles and strengthened my commitment to trauma-informed leadership and healthier workplace cultures.

Today, I bring together more than eight years of recruitment experience, my academic background in human relations, research-informed workplace insights, and lived experience to create conversations that are practical and deeply human.
