Leona has a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters in Human Relations from Oklahoma University. Her journey, from early career uncertainty to recruiting and advising across organizations such as Google, Ball Aerospace, and GE Healthcare, among others has become the foundation of her mission: helping others thrive with purpose, resilience, and humanity. Her work is shaped not only by professional expertise, but by lived experience.
