Leona Ugbo is the Founder of Workplace Digest, a platform dedicated to building people-centered workplaces and helping professionals develop resilient, sustainable careers. Her work focuses on leadership development, workplace education, and equipping individuals to be prepared, adaptable, and positioned to thrive in today’s evolving work environment.

Leona holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Colorado Technical University. A Masters In Human Relations from Oklahoma University. She brings a background in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, grounding her work in both practical experience and business-focused insight.

Ikeoluwa Akano  is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a strong, practical understanding of business needs and a proven ability to translate leadership principles into real-world organizational impact.   

She holds an MBA from the University of South Wales and is PHRi- and SPHRi-certified. She is also a Certified Maxwell Leadership Team Member and an IAC Masteries Practitioner.

As Head of Leadership Training, she collaborates with the Workplace Digest team to design and facilitate practical, people-centered leadership programs that support organizational growth and healthy workplace cultures.
